After incredible amounts of in-house, on road and on track R&D we are very pleased to announce the launch of our latest V2 CNC Machined Radial Brake Master Cylinder.
We manufacture all metal parts of the brake master cylinder (including levers) in-house on our suite of Brother and Star CNC machines from solid billets of 6082-T6 aluminium.
This new version really packs a punch with new upgrades and design modifications to make this the most complete master cylinder we have ever made.
This latest incarnation comes with the ability, as with previous versions, to select ratios as shown in this cut away:

They are available in both 19mm for brake or clutch and 16mm brake or clutch and all are available in either 22mm or 25mm (1") bar diameter sizes.

We have also included a microswitch (which can be removed if not needed) designed specifically to fit our master cylinder giving the ability to connect to the brake light with ease, perfect for the road!
The V2 also has our new three bladed span adjuster – easy to use with gloves and we have added the ability to alter initial bite point along with a choice of three lever lengths:
-
120mm (Compact)
-
130mm (Regular)
-
140mm (Extended)
They also feature either a single drag hole in the blade for 120mm, two holes for 130mm and three holes for 140mm meaning you can easily request spare levers if required.

This new modern design uses a spigot for the reservoir pot (or banjo for 90 degree take off) and has also been designed to pair seamlessly with our new CNC billet reservoir pots.
Lever Ratios
All of our 19mm radial master cylinders offer 18/19 or 20/19 ratios.
All of our 16mm radial master cylinders offer 15/16 or 17/16 ratios.
- 18 - More lever travel and 'feel' on twin caliper systems (larger CC models)
- 20 - Less lever travel and the 'hardest feel' on the lever
- 16 - Clutch master cylinders or single front brake (smaller CC models)
Spare parts for our brake master cylinders are available to purchase separately and we will be adding this option on this page in the future.
We really are excited with this new version and feedback from those testing on both road and circuit has been amazing – and they look (we think) stunning.
Join the revolution.
We've had a moment of inspiration. It's rare, but when it strikes, it's with the best ideas. Imagine this: what if you could experience our new range of billet products first-hand for 90 days? That's right – you get to put them to the test and see their performance for yourself. And if, at any point during those 90 days, you're not satisfied, simply send them back to us for a full refund.
No ifs, no buts, no maybes.
Here's the thing: we're confident in the quality of our products. They're crafted right here in the UK, designed and manufactured with pride at HEL HQ in Exeter, Devon. And because we're so confident, we're willing to back it up. Our products have been put to the test in British Superbikes and at the IOM TT, delivering outstanding performance. But, if you don't achieve the same results, you get your money back.
We understand it's a leap of faith to choose a company with 25 years' experience in brake lines but relatively new to producing billet parts. So here's our promise: if you put your faith in us, we'll put our faith in you. Try any of our billet products* for 90 days – fit them, use them and enjoy them. And if you're not completely satisfied, return them for a full refund.
Does it sound too good to be true? We get it. But when riders like you give our products a chance, they become fans. We know it's a tough decision with so many established names out there. But if you choose HEL, we won't disappoint.
So… What's Stopping You?
